DLS Technologies Ltd was established in 2009 as a provider of specialist IT services delivering hardware and software support and a range of managed services. The solutions are delivered directly to SME end users, who see DLS as their trusted partner.

We offer a wide range of services from one off callouts and installations to Monthly or Annual Support Contracts.

In keeping with our core values, we are reliable, friendly and innovative. Our pro-active services are delivered from the UK on a 24/7/365 basis with customer satisfaction at the forefront of everything we do. The Management Team

Darren Leckenby – Managing Director

Darren has over 20 years’ experience in the IT Support and Services Sector and founded DLS Technologies Ltd in 2009 with a team which he had worked with for several years. Although Darren likes to keep up to date with the latest technology, good old fashioned customer service is something that is of utmost importance and this reflects through all of the staff at DLS.

Steven Moore – Operations Director

Steve has worked in the IT sector for over 20 years, with 15 years’ experience managing helpdesks and field engineering departments. As an ex-IT engineer himself, Steve has product and geographical knowledge which enables him to keep things running smoothly throughout all of the DLS departments.

Jordan Fox – Technical Director

Jordan oversees all technical aspects at DLS ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT support services. He provides technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team and assists with project management to define technical requirements, project scope, and resource allocation.

Mark Hulme – Technical Supervisor

Mark joined DLS shortly after it was established. He has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry which has been spread across field engineering and help desk roles. Mark currently provides support on multiple different platforms including cloud-based technologies. Mark also assists with operational aspects of the business.

Daniel Ablett- Business Development Manager

Dan joined DLS in 2014 as an Account Manager before progressing to Business Development Manager in 2023. Dan is responsible for driving business growth and identifying new business opportunities. A major part of Dans role is ongoing customer management as well as bringing new customers onboard. Dan also keeps our team up to date with the latest developments in the IT sector enabling DLS to be at the forefront of its industry.
